At STEP™ CLOTHING, every item is produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we ask that customers carefully review all product details before completing a purchase.
That said, STEP™ CLOTHING stands behind the quality of its products and will gladly assist if an issue occurs.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
STEP™ CLOTHING accepts returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged

The item arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect

The wrong item was received (incorrect style, color, or size compared to the order)
To be eligible, customers must contact STEP™ CLOTHING within 7 days of receiving the order.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a request, customers must contact STEP™ CLOTHING Support and include:

The order number

Clear photos of the item, showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Requests submitted without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Refunds vs. Replacements
Once a request is reviewed and approved by STEP™ CLOTHING:

A replacement (reshipment) may be issued at no additional cost

Or a refund may be issued, depending on the situation and item availability
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because all items are made to order, STEP™ CLOTHING does not accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Normal variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur during production

Orders delayed due to shipping carriers, customs, or external logistics issues

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed, including size, color, or shipping address adjustments.
Shipping Issues & Delays
STEP™ CLOTHING is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carrier disruptions

Customs clearance processes

Weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Other circumstances beyond our control

Final Sale Notice
All approved refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
