PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At STEP™ CLOTHING, all products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchase Options

When you place an order with STEP™ CLOTHING, you are purchasing items that are produced specifically for you after checkout. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Apparel

  • Limited releases

  • Special collections

  • Bulk or multi-item orders

Because items are custom-produced, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Production

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • The order is sent into production

  • Production begins shortly after checkout

  • Orders cannot be paused once production has started

Production timelines vary depending on order size, item type, and demand.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is submitted before production begins.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Event timing or delivery expectations

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Address Changes

Address changes may be requested only before production begins.

STEP™ CLOTHING is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

The order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Subscription or Future Purchase Options (If Applicable)

If STEP™ CLOTHING offers pre-orders, limited drops, or future purchase options, the same cancellation rules apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
